It is considered as one of the most beautiful and longest beaches on the south Adriatic. It is sandy and 1950m long. With its immediate surroundings, it represents a complex tourist settlement.
It can be regarded as a bathing zone with all accompanying facilities; a zone for sport, recreation and relaxation, with arranged green areas and various sport fields. In Paris in 1935, the beach of Bečići was awarded a Grand Prix “Golden Palm” as the most beautiful beach in Europe.
